How to Prevent Fraud
To keep the platform secure and reduce the chances of financial misconduct, 12bet has implemented the following set of regulations:
- Registration is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and older. Underage users are prohibited from opening accounts, and providing false age or identity details will lead to an immediate and permanent account ban.
- The platform operates on a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts is forbidden; even if you lose your login details, you should use the password recovery tool rather than signing up again. Failure to follow this rule will result in all associated accounts being blocked.
- All financial dealings must be conducted using payment methods—including bank cards, e-wallets, or crypto addresses—that are registered in your own name. Using third-party payment details is strictly prohibited, and any such attempts will result in the transaction being voided.
- When moving funds in or out of your account, please stay within the transaction boundaries of your chosen payment method. Keep in mind that every payment provider has its own specific minimum and maximum thresholds for deposits and withdrawals.
- If the support team requests identity verification, certain account features will be restricted until the process is complete. Specifically, you won't be able to withdraw your funds until you've submitted clear photos of your official documents to prove who you are.
If our security team detects suspicious activity or suspects fraud, your account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation takes place. Should we find evidence of a violation, we reserve the right to hand the case over to the relevant legal authorities.
